At EDM Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality website design, development, digital marketing, and related services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Service Agreements

All projects, campaigns, or services are initiated only after a formal proposal, quotation, or service agreement is accepted by the client.
By making a payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of the agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Cancellations

Before Project Commencement: Clients may request cancellation before project work begins. In such cases, only administrative or consultation fees (if applicable) may be retained.

After Project Commencement: Once project work has started, cancellations may result in partial or no refunds, depending on the amount of work completed.

Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO, Digital Marketing): For monthly or retainer-based services, clients must provide at least 15 days written notice for cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Services: Payments for domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, paid advertising budgets, and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.

Partially Completed Projects: Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once a project has been delivered and approved.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Since campaign results depend on third-party platforms and market factors, refunds are not applicable once campaigns have been launched.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@edmdigital.co.

Each request will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Force Majeure

EDM Digital will not be liable to refund payments if delays or disruptions in service delivery are caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or regulatory actions.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued engagement of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
